🏨 Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will open Danieli, A Four Seasons Hotel, in Venice on August 26, 2026, after extensive renovations led by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. Located near Piazza San Marco, it will feature 120 rooms and suites, many with lagoon views. The restaurant Terrazza Danieli, led by Chef Adriano Rausa, will emphasize local ingredients. An additional 56 rooms will open by 2027, and a Danieli Spa by late 2026.

🏢 Grupo Paraguas opened Club Metrópolis in Madrid after five years of renovations at the iconic Metrópolis building at Gran Vía and Alcalá. The eight-floor, 6,000 m² complex includes a luxurious 19-suite boutique hotel on floors 3 and 4, with views of Cibeles and El Retiro. Four floors are public, while members have access to over 200 annual experiences. Interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán created an elegant atmosphere, respecting the building's 1911 history.

📍 deLuna Hotels has opened its fifth hotel in Granada, the 4-star Boutique Hotel Luna Triunfo with 46 rooms located at Plaza del Triunfo. The historic building has been fully renovated, featuring a lounge, gastrobar, buffet breakfast, gym, private parking, and personalized service. The hotel chain, led by CEO Javier Tausía, plans further expansion in Andalucía, targeting locations like Cádiz, Sevilla, and Motril for strategic growth.

🏨 Grupo Hesperia is investing €20 million in renovating its hotels, with Hesperia Córdoba and Hesperia Mallorca as key projects. These renovations are part of a strategy to give each hotel a unique identity aligned with their philosophy. Hesperia Córdoba will host the first TecnoHotel OnTour event on February 19, 2026. Meanwhile, Hesperia Mallorca is embracing a 60s and 70s Mediterranean essence. The aim is to create distinct hotels that enhance community value.

🏠 Limehome, in March, will operate its 22nd property in Madrid near key landmarks such as Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol. The 19th-century building on Calle del Príncipe 11 features 36 apartments, including studios and 1-2 bedroom units. Owned by a private family group, Limehome will manage it for at least 15 years, planning digital upgrades and renovations. Limehome has 750 signed units in Madrid, aiming for 2,000 in the future.
