🏨 Eurostars Hotel Company partnered with Fideltour to enhance guest relations and loyalty with a modern approach in 2026. This initiative centers on digital transformation, aiming to boost direct sales via their Star Traveler Club and improve guest retention. Eurostars operates 300 hotels in 23 countries, leading in the Iberian Peninsula. Fideltour, named CRM of the Year 2024, will unify and activate data, supporting Eurostars' expansion in Europe, America, and new markets.
