SmartRental se alía con el grupo inmobiliario Aroundtown para su debut en Alemania

📍 En 2027, SmartRental abrirá sus primeros establecimientos en Berlín. SUIO, ubicado en City West, tendrá 84 apartamentos, mientras que Smartr, entre Mitte y Kreuzberg, contará con 161 apartamentos. Ambos proyectos, en colaboración con Aroundtown, ofrecen vida flexible y vacacional. SmartRental ya opera en cinco países, con una cartera de 4,000 unidades. En España, están presentes en ciudades como Madrid, Barcelona y Sevilla.

Meliá abre el hotel Palma Avenida en el corazón de la capital balear

Fin a la disputa judicial entre NH y Hesperia: la Audiencia valida la entrada de Minor en el consejo

📈 La Audiencia Provincial de Madrid avaló en 2023 el nombramiento de Dillip Rajakarier en el consejo de administración de NH Hoteles y el cese de José Antonio Castro de Hesperia. El conflicto comenzó en 2018 tras Minor Hotels comprar más del 9% de NH.
