Portobello also acquired Meeting Point Hotels and the Moondreams brand this year, expanding Bluesea Hotels' management to 63 hotels and 9,560 rooms, including 1,922 rooms in the Canary Islands.

Sercotel apuesta por innovar en sus hoteles con proyectos de cuatro startups

💻 Sercotel and Seidor's OpenStay Lab pilot began with four startups selected from 14 projects. Facturación en agencias sin sorpresa: se confirma el cambio de ciclo hacia la estabilidad

💰 En 2025, las agencias de viajes y turoperadores en España experimentaron un crecimiento del 3,3% en su facturación, según el INE. Esto representa una desaceleración frente al 7,3% de 2024. Repliegue en Cuba: World2Fly empezará a operar la mitad de vuelos a La Habana

✈️ World2Fly, la aerolínea de Iberostar, reducirá temporalmente sus vuelos de Madrid a La Habana del 15 de marzo al 5 de julio. La operativa pasará de dos vuelos semanales a uno, debido a la falta de combustible en Cuba, forzando escalas técnicas en Santo Domingo. En 2025, Cuba perdió 28.5% de turistas españoles, solo registrando 46,489 visitantes, mientras República Dominicana recibió 11.6 millones de visitantes. México y República Dominicana absorben la demanda con 8-9 vuelos semanales a Punta Cana y 7 a Cancún.
