Accor busca 50.000 trabajadores para 300 nuevos hoteles
🏦 Accor hired 142,000 people last year, 70% of whom were without university education or prior employment. CEO Sébastien Bazin at the Hospitality Investment Forum in Berlin stated the company needs 50,000 more staff for 300 upcoming hotels. The World Travel & Tourism Council highlighted the global tourism sector employs 348 million people, exceeding North America's population. Accor is tackling challenges including catering to younger travelers and appreciating human value over artificial intelligence in hospitality.
