Limehome abrirá su primer hotel en Castilla y León en 2028

Nueva etapa en ITH con Fede Fuster como presidente

📈 Un total de 15 empresas turísticas figuran en el "Ranking de las 200 empresas con mejor reputación en España en 2025", presentado por Merco. Meliá Hotels International lidera, seguida de Alsa y Minor Hotels Europe & America. El ranking fue elaborado con 62,410 encuestas, 6 evaluaciones y 25 fuentes, verificadas por KPMG. Volotea entra en el ranking, mientras que Paradores y AC Hotels by Marriott salen. Grupo Iberostar sube de la posición 160 en 2024 a 99 en 2025.

Cascada de alianzas de turoperadores y agencias con Costa Rica

🌎 En abril de 2025, Costa Rica registró un aumento del 36.4% en turistas españoles, consolidando a España como el cuarto mercado emisor europeo. En 2024, Costa Rica recibió más de 54,100 turistas españoles y un total de 2.6 millones globalmente. TUI Spain y Destinia promueven el destino con paquetes de vuelo + hotel y descuentos. SANSA, con 12 aeronaves y 15 rutas, facilita la expansión. Welcome Incoming Services inició operaciones el 1 de mayo para gestionar Travelplan en Costa Rica.

El empleo turístico mantiene la tendencia positiva: roza los 3 M en mayo

📈 En mayo, el sector turístico añadió 101,848 trabajadores, un aumento del 3.5% respecto al año anterior, alcanzando 2.99 millones de afiliados. El empleo turístico representa el 13.7% del total nacional. La hostelería sumó 57,994 trabajadores, y agencias 2,360. El empleo asalariado creció un 4%, mientras el autónomo subió un 1.3%. Canarias lidera con un incremento del 4.1% en empleo, seguida por Andalucía con 3.8%.

Trasmed y puertos de Baleares pactan suspender la propuesta de barco-hotel

Millenium vende Fairmont La Hacienda y los campos de golf por 175 M€

🏨 Millenium Hospitality Real Estate sold Fairmont La Hacienda in Cádiz, including golf courses, for €175 million to Flame Hotel and Golf Holding and Equity, managed by Activum. Despite being listed for €200 million in 2024, adjustments reduced the price to €170.16 million. Opened in February, it features 306 rooms, 47 villas, and a 1,800m² spa. The sale aims for a luxury-focused portfolio, proposing a €167.5 million dividend. The 50,009m² parcel, valued at €13.452 million, remains unsold.

¿Qué comunidades atraen más reservas de última hora para el verano?
