Barcelona invierte 39 M € en renovar el Park Güell y su entorno

Mapa: 4 de cada 10 viviendas turísticas se anuncian sin licencia en España

🏠 En España, cerca de 400,000 viviendas turísticas operan, de las cuales 38% se anuncian sin número de licencia. El Ministerio de Derechos Sociales ordenó a Airbnb bloquear más de 65,000 anuncios ilegales. Según Mabrian Technologies, el 62% de los anuncios reportan licencia, con grandes variaciones por provincia. En Alicante, 56.8% carecen de licencia, y en Madrid, 86.5% no la indican. Legislativamente, los requisitos varían entre comunidades, complicando la fiscalización.

El turismo familiar se resiste a despegar pese al auge de las reservas

Consumo exige a Airbnb que retire 65.000 anuncios de pisos turísticos

Smy Hotels invertirá 17,5 millones de euros en un hotel 5 estrellas en Pisa
