La inversión hotelera se reduce un 32%, aunque cerrará el año con 3.000 M €

🏨 El mercado de inversión hotelera en España registró 1,086 millones de euros en el primer semestre de 2025, un 32% menos que los 1,600 millones del mismo período en 2024. Andalucía lideró con 306 millones de euros, seguida de Cataluña (241 millones) y Canarias (126 millones). Hubo 45 propiedades transaccionadas, con el 61% en activos "value add". Fairmont La Hacienda en Cádiz fue la mayor operación, valorada en 170 millones de euros. 68% del capital fue español.

Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy debutará en España en un activo de All Iron

🏠 All Iron RE I Socimi compró un edificio en Madrid, en el barrio de Salamanca, por 33 millones de euros en 2022. En 2027, el edificio abrirá como "Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy", operado por Aspasios. Ofrecerá 90 unidades, 64 plazas de aparcamiento, un local comercial de más de 1.000 m², un gimnasio y una piscina en la azotea. All Iron RE I Socimi ha invertido unos 60 millones de euros en Madrid en inmuebles y su reposicionamiento.

Atom vende un hotel en País Vasco por 9,2 millones de euros

💰 Atom Hoteles Socimi sold the B&B Hotel Vitoria General de Álava in the Basque Country for €9.2 million. Líbere expande su negocio internacional y aterriza en Roma
