De vender Golden Visa a “tapas y sangría”: el hotel que revoluciona Madrid
🏠 Hotel101 Madrid's condohotel in Valdebebas, Madrid, Spain, offers 681 rooms in a 6,598 square meter, nine-story building with amenities like two pools, a restaurant, a gym, meeting rooms, and parking. Launched a year ago by Filipino group Double Dragon, it promoted sales through the now-defunct Golden Visa, offering residency for a €500,000 investment in three rooms. Despite the visa's removal by the government of Pedro Sánchez, Hotel101 sells 21-square-meter rooms starting at €198,800 (excluding VAT). The hotel, managed by Hotel101, shares 30% of gross room income with unit owners, paid monthly. The Double Dragon-led project, valued at €150 million, is part of a global expansion plan aiming for 500,000 beds in 100 countries by 2040. Construction is underway by Ferrovial Construcción.
