Imserso abre un nuevo plazo de solicitudes para participar en los viajes

🏖️ El Instituto de Mayores y Servicios Sociales (Imserso) abrió un nuevo plazo para solicitudes de su programa de turismo senior 2024-2025, empezando el 13 de noviembre de 2024 hasta mayo de 2025, para mayores que no participaron entre el 1 y 22 de julio de 2024. La solicitud puede realizarse telemáticamente o por correo, según Orden SCB/926/2018. El programa, que promueve un envejecimiento activo, también ayuda a sostener el turismo en temporada baja.

Prestige Hotels invierte 15 M€ en comprar y reposicionar dos hoteles

🏨 Prestige Hotels invested around €15 million to reacquire and refurbish Prestige Mar y Sol and Prestige Goya Park in Roses, after a strategic sale & lease back of Hotel Prestige Sant Marc that enabled a category rise from 3 to 4 stars, boosting rates by 40% between 2019 and 2024. The Mar y Sol upgrade includes 37 room renovations, with Goya Park slated for a comprehensive two-year overhaul. Prestige Hotels, ranking 23rd in small Spanish hotel chains, owns 2 and manages 3 hotels.
