Ávoris: La compra de DIT Gestión es una apuesta firme por la distribución

📈 Ávoris closed 2024 with positive EBITDA in all divisions, striving for €80 million EBITDA in 2025, up from over €46 million in 2024, with a sales budget of €4.8 billion. Early bookings have improved with the campaign launch in February 2024, and on the day Fitur began in 2025, indicating strong customer response. The integration of DIT Gestión, set for April 1, will strengthen Ávoris, which, following the Globalia merger, operates over 1,000 agencies without plans for closures. Los hoteles de la costa rozarán el lleno esta Semana Santa

Suspensión de la multa de CNMC, condicionada a que Booking aporte garantías

📌 The Audiencia Nacional suspended a multimillion-euro fine imposed on Booking by the CNMC, which is subject to Booking providing a bank guarantee or legally admissible guarantee for the amount of the fine within two months. Tourism&Law, advising AEHM in this judicial proceeding, views the suspension as expected under such legal challenges. The CNMC's July 29, 2024 resolution issued a record-breaking 413.24 million euros in fines to Booking, the highest in the regulator's history. Booking must also adhere to new behavioral requirements towards Spanish hotel establishments. If Booking fails to verify the guarantee, the suspension won't occur, and the Administration can collect the fine.
