Cloudbeds hace parte del 2% élite de socios de conectividad del Grupo Expedia

📈 Cloudbeds, la plataforma de gestión hotelera, obtuvo el Estado de Socio de Conectividad Élite de Expedia para 2025, situándose en el top 2% mundial. CEO Adam Harris destacó la importancia de esta colaboración para el éxito de los usuarios y el desarrollo conjunto de nuevas vías de crecimiento. Cloudbeds logró una tasa de éxito de integración API del 99.7%, reservas del 100% y un crecimiento del 36% en nuevas propiedades conectadas con Expedia. Fundada en 2012, Cloudbeds opera en más de 150 países y ha recibido múltiples reconocimientos, incluido el Technology Fast 500 de Deloitte en 2024.

🏨 HM Hotels implemented an AI-powered automatic response feature from Reviewpro Reputation by Shiji to manage guest reviews more efficiently. During a two-month beta phase in two pilot hotels, the solution improved response times and interaction quality. HM Hotels operates 23 properties across Mallorca, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. One month after the trial, in February 2025, the response rate to 661 reviews reached 82%, with an average response time of three days, and under 2.7 days for negative and neutral reviews. The rate was 100% on platforms like Google, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor. The technology also allows for customized insights and direct integration with multiple platforms.

TECO Mobility y Mastercard convierten el puerto de Málaga en el primero en España en ofrecer servicio privado de bicicletas eléctricas para cruceristas

With the "No app, just tap" system, bikes can be unlocked via a physical bank card or mobile device. According to Mastercard's "Travel Trends 2024" report, Málaga is a favorite coastal destination for Middle Eastern and African tourists. Mastercard's study reveals that 69% of travelers would pay up to 5% more for sustainable vacations.

Cincuenta años del hotel emblema del turismo en Altea

🏕 Hotel Cap Negret, founded in 1975 in Altea, celebrates its 50th anniversary as a tourism excellence reference on the Costa Blanca. The hotel, established by inexperienced friends, has become a family and social tourism landmark. Since the Alicante airport opened to international traffic in 1967, the region has transformed economically. The hotel underwent a major refurbishment in 2020 and shifted towards international sports tourism, notably cycling, with its Bike Zone, since 2015. An anniversary event was held on April 11, attended by tourism representatives, local authorities, and founders' families.

Ashotel cifra en el 10% el seguimiento de la huelga en Tenerife

🏨 Ashotel, the hotel association in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, reported about 10% participation in the tourism strike, compared to the 70% claimed by unions. The strike, surveyed among over a hundred member hotels, saw 11% in Tenerife, 1% in La Palma, 9% on April 17, and 6% on April 18 in La Gomera. In Tenerife, the south had 11% on Thursday and 10% on Friday, the north 11% and 14%, and the metropolitan area 5% and 11%. Ashotel's manager expressed willingness to negotiate despite withdrawing the previous offer, which included a 6% wage increase and other benefits. No date is set for new negotiations.
