Grecia cierra miles de pisos turísticos y endurece las multas
🏠 Greece has banned the rental of basements or rooms without windows, natural light, and direct ventilation. The new law, introduced to the Parliament, also outlaws properties in non-residential areas and halts the approval of new tourist accommodations in Athens' districts of Kolonaki, Koukaki, and Exarchia for one year with fines of €20,000 for non-compliance. The government aims to maintain quality tourism over surpassing yearly records.
