🏨 Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife, launched on December 29, following a €24.5 million transformation of the 1968 Parque San Antonio hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Owned by Tenerife Assets Company SL, managed under the Radisson brand, it features 209 rooms and 32 branded residences across seven buildings. Guests enjoy local culture, wellness services, Crown Service options, and on-site dining. 🏨 Grupo Accor, AS New Generation, and Panoram Hotel Management plan to open an ibis Styles hotel in Talavera de la Reina by Q1 2027, marking Accor's first location in Toledo province. The hotel will have 165 rooms, a restaurant with a terrace, meeting rooms, a gym, and a breakfast area. 📍 Hilton plans to open the Palacio Bellas Artes San Sebastián, Curio Collection by Hilton, in the second quarter of 2026. Located in San Sebastián, Spain, this boutique hotel will feature 81 rooms across six floors and include a restaurant, lobby bar, and gym. The historic building was originally constructed in 1914 and closed in 1982. The IXO Group will manage its culinary services, with a concept designed by chef Andoni Luis Aduriz.
