Ávoris sigue la estela de Viajes El Corte Inglés y firma con Ryanair

EEUU: tras 57 años, último vuelo del DC8

✈ El DC8 de McDonnell Douglas, en servicio desde hace 66 años, ha visto su último modelo en EE.UU., registrado N782SP, dejar de operar. Este avión, de 57 años, voló para Finnair y la Fuerza Aérea de Francia antes de ser utilizado por una ONG cristiana. En EE.UU., este es el último en uso, aunque dos más podrían volar en Congo y Perú. Iberia y Spantax usaron este modelo en sus flotas desde 1961.

La desahuciada Boeing supera en ventas a Airbus

✈ In 2025, Boeing sold around 1,000 aircraft, outpacing Airbus's 797 sales. After cancellations, Boeing secured over 900 contracts, versus Airbus's 707. Airbus delivered 657 planes, exceeding Boeing's 537 deliveries. Boeing, recovering from a crisis since 2019, shows signs of regaining leadership despite production limits of 38 monthly 737s. Airbus's delivery superiority, less than expected, was hindered by supply chain issues. The gap in deliveries remained under 100 aircraft.

Level conectará Barcelona con Lima a partir de junio

✈ Level, a subsidiary of IAG, will inaugurate a direct route between Barcelona and Lima on June 3, 2026. This will be the only airline offering flights between these two cities. Tickets start at €319 per journey. Initially, there will be three weekly flights: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Level's partnership network enables connections to 17 additional destinations in Peru via Iberia and over 75 destinations through Vueling for travelers from South America.

El fondo se basó en informes públicos o privados y siguió los criterios europeos. La SEPI no excluyó por tamaño y verificó la situación financiera de los solicitantes. La gestión cumplió normas no discriminatorias con la información necesaria.

Nueva llamada del Imserso para apuntarse a sus viajes

📈 El Imserso, para la temporada 2025/2026, llama a pensionistas a inscribirse en su programa turístico. Actualmente, 4,329,606 personas están inscritas, la cifra más alta registrada. La oferta es de 879,213 plazas, 470,000 menos que en 2017. Este desequilibrio entre oferta y demanda sigue creciendo, intensificado por el atractivo del programa ante una población envejecida y el aumento de los costos de viajes fuera del programa.

El fundador de Civitatis cede el testigo tras casi 20 años como CEO

📅 Alberto Gutiérrez, founder and CEO of Civitatis, will step down on January 1. Andrés Spitzer, CPTO, will take over. Gutiérrez, after nearly 20 years, will remain on the board. Spitzer, with experience from Amazon, Europcar, and Ubeeqo, aims to advance Civitatis. Enrique Espinel, COO, will focus on expanding in Latin America. Civitatis recently partnered with Atrápalo to integrate over 90,000 activities.
