Boeing ha de pagar 150 millones a Embraer por la compra fallida

💸 Boeing has to pay $150 million to Brazilian company Embraer for the cancellation of a majority stake acquisition in 2020, as per an agreement signed earlier. Initially, in 2018, Boeing agreed to acquire 80% of Embraer's capital for $4.2 billion to enter the regional aircraft market and compete with Airbus' A220. The settlement, occurring four years after the failed deal, releases Boeing from any further claims. Embraer has not disclosed any details beyond the settlement amount, which was agreed upon on September 16.

La matriz de Iberia y Vueling, pesimista con Airbus y Boeing
