💸 On November 22, 2024, Spain confirmed a fine of €179 million against Ryanair, Vueling, Volotea, EasyJet, and Norwegian for charging for carry-on luggage. Volotea and Norwegian were fined €1.189 million (0.66%) and €1.610 million (0.90%), respectively. 💥 An American Airlines-operated Bombardier CRJ700 collided with a Blackhawk helicopter over the Potomac River near Washington DC on January 30, 2025.
