🛫 Imserso, Spain's senior tourism program, penalizes Turismo Social (Ávoris) with a potential fine of up to €80 million for bid inflation and irregularities. New contracts impose stricter sanctions, including fines on 100% of turnover, five times higher than previous ones, and penalties between €1.5 million and €80 million. Adjudicators must submit documentation shortly after winning the contract; failure to comply risks a €6 million fine and contract loss. Key changes include separate adjudication of coastal and island lots and enhanced oversight. Results are expected by early June.
