🛫 Ryanair today accused Edreams of overcharging consumers and "deliberately" providing the airline with "false email addresses and postal addresses, as well as using Chinese payment data." The low-cost carrier has received thousands of complaints about inflated prices on bookings, including flights, seat selection, baggage, etc., through the online agency. Some passengers paid up to 52% more than Ryanair's price. Dara Brady, a Ryanair executive, expressed concern over Edreams' use of false information and sending European passenger data to third parties in China.

🚨 SNCF employees in France face a one-week strike starting this Monday, April 5. French air traffic controllers, after months of calm, will strike on May 9, 10, and 11, as announced by the second-largest syndicate, joined by CNA. 🇨🇺 The Cuban government reported a 29.7% drop in tourism for the first quarter compared to the same period in 2024, with a loss of 237,000 tourists, totaling only 571,000 international visitors. The decline was primarily in the Russian and Canadian markets, as well as among Cuban expatriates. Russian tourism nearly halved, while Canadian visits fell by 32% from 399,000 to 272,000. Other countries with decreased tourism to Cuba include the United States, Germany, France, Argentina, Mexico, and Spain. No signs indicate an imminent recovery in tourist volumes, exacerbating the country's economic crisis.
