Grupo Insur vende un hotel en Sevilla a Extendam y Panoram

🏨 Grupo Insur sold a turnkey hotel in Sevilla's Nervión district to Extendam Capital Partners and Panoram Hotel Management. With completion by Q1 2028, the 4-star hotel will have 184 rooms, a restaurant, gym, and a pool bar. The site, previously Endesa offices, will meet Breeam Very Good sustainability standards. Insur received guidance from Savills and Zurbarán Abogados, and it has other 4-star hotels in Los Remedios, Córdoba, and a future one in Madrid, opening Q1 2029.

Magic World sube sus ingresos un 52% de la mano del turismo internacional

Ávoris crecerá en Italia como emisor con su marca Catai

Verano 2025: más grupos y más reservas en destinos del norte

📅 Cataluña and Andalucía led hotel bookings during the week of July 7-13, 2025, with market shares of 18.9% and 18.4%, respectively. País Vasco saw a 42.4% increase, while the Canary Islands decreased by 4.2% compared to 2024. Couples comprised 50.6% of bookings, while group reservations increased to 18.8%. Spanish bookings fell by 0.3%, UK by 5.9%, but surged from the US by 42.9%, Germany 19%, France 22.7%, and Italy 37.8%.
