Southwest: un avión sólo para 2 viajeras ˋolvidadas’
✈️ Sherri Brun and Camille Tate, two Florida travelers, experienced a five-hour flight delay on July 14 while flying with Southwest from New Orleans to Orlando. Due to their blindness, they were seated in a separate boarding area. Once aboard Flight 2637, they found themselves as the only passengers because they were overlooked. Southwest disputes this, stating others were rebooked, and offered $100 compensation. Recent similar incidents raise concerns.
