🏨 Aena initiates bidding for two hotels at Madrid-Barajas and El Prat airports, aiming to open by 2029. Each four-star hotel will have at least 300 rooms. The project offers a 75-year surface rights agreement with a variable fee linked to revenue and a minimum annual income for Aena. The Madrid hotel will cover 18,400m² near Terminal 2, while Barcelona's will span 20,000m² near T2. Meetings have included Hilton, Hyatt, Meliá, and JPMorgan.
