Iberia responde a Air Europa-Turkish con una alianza con Pegasus

✈️ Iberia and Pegasus Airlines enter a code-sharing agreement, enhancing routes between Spain and Turkey. Starting from October 2025, Iberia will offer flights from Madrid to Istanbul's Sabiha Gökçen Airport and seven Turkish domestic destinations. Pegasus will add its code to Iberia’s flights to 11 Spanish locations, Lisbon, and São Paulo. This move follows Turkish Airlines' €300 million purchase of 27% of Air Europa, intensifying competition in the Madrid-Istanbul corridor.

Etihad desguaza un A380 con cinco años de servicio

🛩 Etihad Airways, October 2023, confirmed the scrapping of Airbus A380 (registration A6-APA) delivered in December 2014 but grounded post-March 2020 due to the pandemic. The aircraft, just 11 years old and active for about five, was dismantled for parts. Etihad retired its A380 fleet in 2020, citing cost inefficiency, but plans to reactivate two more by January 2027, aligning with increased demand. Etihad will then have nine operational A380s.

Meliá y Grupo Puntacana arrancan la construcción del nuevo hotel en Dominicana

IAG acelera el plan para levantar la Ciudad Iberia en Barajas

Partida insuficiente del Gobierno para salvar el descuento de residentes

Benidorm, imparable pese al frenazo hotelero en la Costa Blanca

📅 Benidorm, October 2023: The first half of October saw an 88.2% hotel occupancy rate, nearly matching last year's figures, despite a drop in the rest of Costa Blanca due to the absence of the Día de la Hispanidad holiday and recent DANA cancellations.
