RLH Properties, another Mexican capital firm, previously purchased Rosewood Villa Magna and Bless hotels in Madrid, later selling them to Sancus. The Díaz Estrada family owns over 1,100 assets internationally, including Madrid's Thompson, Hyatt Centric Gran Via, and Hyatt Regency Hesperia hotels. The Copell and Chico families are currently key players in Madrid's luxury hotel market. Blasson, with Latin American funding, acquired H10 Punta Negra in 2021, set to become Mandarin Punta Negra Mallorca. The Chilean Rustik family owns Hotel Adler, whilst the Venezuelan Capriles family, having landed a decade ago in Spain, focus on luxury apartments.
