🏠 Spanish hotels recorded 38.2 million overnight stays in June, a 5.4% increase from June 2023. Hotel Price Index rose by 7.8%, with an average revenue of €122.1 per occupied room. Resident overnight stays grew by 0.3%, non-resident stays by 8%. Over the first half of the year, hotel stays exceeded 160 million, a 7.5% rise, driven by an 11.2% increase from non-residents. Top destinations: Andalusia, Catalonia, Valencian Community for residents; Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Canary Islands for international travelers. Mallorca led with 7.2 million overnight stays. British tourists topped the list with 7.44 million stays, followed by Germany with 4.66 million. Hotel occupancy grew by 3.7% to 65.5%; Balearic hotels had the highest occupancy at 81.1%. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) in June increased by 11.6% to €89.9. Marbella had the highest ADR and RevPAR in Spain at €234.5 and €188.2, respectively.
