Hoteles de Baleares, País Vasco y Cataluña, con el mayor RevPar en verano
🏨 In July, hotel stays in Spain increased by 2.2% over the same month in 2023. The Hotel Price Index rose by 7.2% annually, while average billing reached €140.5 per occupied room, an 8% increase from the previous year. The RevPAR (average daily income per available room) hit €106.8, marking a 10.1% rise. Marbella recorded the highest RevPAR at €240. The top three Autonomous Communities in terms of RevPAR were Baleares (€164.28), País Vasco (€116.45), and Cataluña (€113.72).
